Estimates are provided on request, and pre-authorizations can be sent to your dental insurance provider to help you get the most accurate estimate of the cost of your treatment.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal cheques, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are provided.

Dental insurance and benefits

New Patients

If you’re a new patient to Riverstone Dental, please bring all your dental insurance information to your first appointment. At subsequent appointments it’s important to review your dental benefits and bring in any changes that may have occurred throughout the year.

Direct Billing

Riverstone Dental is happy to accept assignment of your dental insurance. This means we will accept payment directly from your insurance company and submit the claim to them directly for your dental work. It’s important to keep in mind that you will be responsible for paying any portion of the visit that is not covered by your benefits plan. Please remember, dental insurance is between you and your insurance company. We accept assignment as a convenience to our patients to help make it easier to access the care they deserve, but insurance remains a patient’s responsibility.
